The Team

Ikaika Keli’iho’omalu

Managing Director & Operator

Ikaika brings nearly 18 years of experience across horticulture, entrepreneurship, and heavy equipment contracting. Coming from a family of operators, he is equally comfortable in the cab as he is working with clients to understand their needs and find practical solutions.

He places a strong value on relationships, integrity, and responsible stewardship of the land. Outside of building TerraPro, the second business he has built with his longtime friend Evan, Ikaika enjoys diving, fishing, gardening, hiking, learning new languages, and spending time with family and friends.

Evan has spent the last 10 years learning how to turn messy, hard issues into action and opportunity. He has worked with pioneering startups, served as a co-founder, and led innovation campaigns. His experience spans areas such as waste management, medical cannabis, land restoration, and carbon crediting.

Evan is a little obsessed with making sustainability in business and life accessible and beneficial for many people. Outside of building another business with long time business partner, Ikaika, he’s an avid explorer, cook, and learner of random hobbies.
